The mission of the UNESCO International Institute for Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (IESALC) is to contribute to the improvement of higher education in member States. From research, capacity building, technical cooperation and concerted advocacy, the Institute has produced the following documents as a reference for the CRES+5.
