This space gathers the background documents related to the III Regional Conference on Higher Education (CRES 2018) and the World Higher Education Conference (WHEC 2022), reference materials produced by UNESCO, as well as other reference or contributory documents prepared by the higher education networks of the region to support the work of the CRES+5.
